Pricing

  We try to be as upfront with our pricing as possible to avoid any price shock when the customer is given an estimate and to avoid wasting our time and yours. Our prcing is not negotiable and is very competetive with other licensed contractors and much less than all retail establishments.You will probably be able to find an unlicensed installer to do the job for less money but very careful because there is no way to hold them accountable for poor quality craftsmanship.  In fact it is actually illegal for an unlicensed contractor to to do any job that exceeds $1000 materials included. Licensed contractors are required to warranty all installations for a period of 2 years. Thank You.

We charge $2.00 per square foot for ceramic and porcelain tile on straight lay over concrete.

 Natural stone such as Travertine, Marble or Slate is $3.50 per sqft.

If you would like a  diagonal or brick pattern installation  it is an additioanl .35 cents per ft.

If the installation is over a plywood subfloor Hardibacker underlayment is required and the cost is an additional $1.50ft

Tearout and haul away of existing tile is $1.25 per sqft.

Tearout and haul away of vinyl is .75 per foot.

We charge a flat disposal fee of $50  for tear out and haul away of carpet

Shower wall installations usually need to be estimated in person to be priced accurately,prices start at $12 per sqft  with additional charges for custom work such as soap niches,benches,patterns

Tile Countertop installations start at $20 per sqft and also need to be estimated in person to be accurately priced .

Kitchen Backsplashs and other custom labor such as fireplace surrounds and bbq grill tops needs to be estimated in person.

There is a $250 minimum charge on all labor

The Pricing on our website only applies to jobs located in the Phoenix Metro Area including all of Maricopa County . If your tile project is located outside of Maricopa County please contact us for a free estimate and to see if we service your area.
