Part of the Penny Marble collection, this mesh-mounted mosaic sheet blends 67% Palissandro Blue marble with 33% Palissandro White marble, creating a soft, layered composition of cool blue-grey veining against creamy ivory tones, reminiscent of mist settling over mountain stone. Each 48mm penny-round chip is honed to a smooth matte finish, offering a gentle, silky touch underfoot and a soft light diffusion that highlights the marble’s natural movement without glare.

Sold by the sheet at 11.75 x 12 inches, each sheet covers 0.98 square feet, with 11 sheets per box totaling 10.87 square feet of coverage, making it easy to calculate material for kitchens, bathrooms, and accent walls. At 8mm thick, this genuine marble mosaic is rated for interior dry walls, interior floors, shower walls, and shower floors, as well as exterior walls, though it is not recommended for pools, pool liners, or exterior flooring.

]]> Introduce timeless volcanic character into your next project with Hexagon Basalt 3 x 3, a striking marble mosaic from Elysium Tiles’ Hexagon collection. Crafted from 100% natural basalt stone, each large-format hexagon showcases deep charcoal grey tones with subtle tonal variation, delivering an earthy, organic beauty inspired by volcanic rock formations. The honed finish provides a smooth, non-reflective, slip-resistant surface with a tactile texture that feels grounded underfoot while performing beautifully in demanding, high-traffic areas.

Each mosaic sheet measures 10.25 x 11.75 inches, made up of 3×3 inch hexagon pieces mesh-mounted for straightforward, precise installation with clean, uniform grout joints. At 3/8 inch thick, this mosaic offers the durability expected from natural stone, with 13 sheets per box covering 10.87 square feet, and 0.84 square feet per sheet, making project estimation simple for homeowners and contractors alike.

Versatile by design, Hexagon Basalt suits interior floors and walls, shower floors and walls, exterior walls, and dry interior applications, though it should be avoided for pools, pool liners, and exterior flooring. Its rugged yet refined aesthetic pairs effortlessly with matte black fixtures, warm wood tones, and brushed brass accents, making it equally at home in industrial lofts, minimalist bathrooms, or rustic-modern kitchens. Consider it for a bold accent wall, a striking backsplash, or a slip-resistant shower floor that doubles as a design statement.

Because natural basalt varies piece to piece, blending tiles before installation and applying a quality stone sealer is recommended to preserve its rich, dimensional character. Explore Hexagon Basalt 3 x 3 today and bring authentic, volcanic-inspired elegance to your next design.
