## Room-by-Room Inspiration
If you like a modern grid, this format makes it look deliberate instead of “builder basic.” Consider a tight, consistent joint and a grout color that sits close to the tile for a more monolithic look. On floors, keep your main runs straight and your cuts balanced at the perimeter; that’s what makes an install look professional.

## Shape, Size, and Sightlines
Polished finishes bounce light and make spaces feel a little bigger—just keep your lighting warm so it doesn’t go clinical.
