CONTESSA DAMA POLISHED 23X23

CONTESSA DAMA POLISHED 23X23

## Aesthetic Highlights
This is the “quiet luxury” lane—simple, balanced, and always appropriate. From Emser’s Contessa line in the Dama selection, this porcelain field tile is sized 23X23 (Floor, Large Format). Emser describes Contessa as a classic marble-vein inspired glazed porcelain look offered in matte or glossy finishes for a timeless backdrop.

## Room-by-Room Inspiration
If you like a modern grid, this format makes it look deliberate instead of “builder basic.” Consider a tight, consistent joint and a grout color that sits close to the tile for a more monolithic look. On floors, keep your main runs straight and your cuts balanced at the perimeter; that’s what makes an install look professional.

## Shape, Size, and Sightlines
Polished finishes bounce light and make spaces feel a little bigger—just keep your lighting warm so it doesn’t go clinical. The colorway is versatile enough to act as a background, which is exactly what you want in a surface you’ll live with every day. A tone-on-tone grout keeps the surface smooth and modern; a contrasting grout calls out the pattern.

## Hardware + Paint Tips
It’s a natural fit with white walls, mixed metals, and either light or medium wood cabinetry. If you like contrast, go darker on the grout or the hardware—but not both at the same time.

## Carton Coverage
Each carton contains 4 piece(s). Coverage is approximately 15.2428 per carton. Unit of measure: SF. Plan typical overage for cuts and waste—more if you’re running diagonals, borders, or a heavy pattern layout. It reads intentional from every angle—especially once the lighting hits it.
