Due to the very high cost of our equipment, dustless tile removal generally costs a little more then standard removal but the extra cost pays for itself considering there is no need to hire a cleaning company after the tile removal is complete. There is additional charges for custom work such as borders, patterns , medallions , baseboards etc. The prices quoted on this page are for basic installation within 30 miles of our Store in Peoria, AZ.
There is a $450 minimum charge on all labor. We do not repair or finish jobs started by other contractors or homeowners. We also do not do demo or prep work on projects that we are not installing.

Our pricing is not negotiable and is very competitive with other licensed contractors and much less than Home Depot, Lowes and all other retail establishments. We don`t play pricing games and will not try to pressure you into hiring us at the time of the estimate. We never tack on any additional charges after the contract is signed. If we make a mistake on our bid , we will eat the difference. Most of our jobs are from referrals from prior customers which makes customer satisfaction our highest priority. You will probably be able to find an unlicensed installer to do the job for less money but very careful because there is no way to hold them accountable for poor quality craftsmanship. In fact it is actually illegal for an unlicensed contractor to to do any job that exceeds $1000 materials included.
