CORETEC PRO PREMIUM VV800 8008 Mercer Oak

PRO PREMIUM VV800 8008 Mercer Oak VV800-08008

Mercer Oak brings an easy, pulled-together look that works with both classic and current finishes. It gives you a cohesive backdrop that won’t fight your paint colors or fabrics. The visual leans on oak-inspired graining with that familiar, timeless cathedral pattern, giving you a backdrop that can swing coastal, farmhouse, modern, or traditional depending on how you style the room. If you like a traditional feel, add richer wood tones and classic patterns; if you like modern, keep the lines clean. Scale matters, and this one gets it right. Planks are a nominal 7″ ” x 49 long-plank format, which helps reduce visual chop and makes hallways and larger rooms feel more continuous. The profile uses an enhanced integrated bevel and an elevated texture story designed to boost realism; it’s a small detail that reads like craftsmanship once the floor is down and the light catches the joints. The surface is finished with a UV Acrylic top coat, built for cleanability and everyday wear. COREtec also calls out enhanced bevels and embossed-in-register texturing in its Pro Premium line, which is the detail that makes the grain texture line up with what you see—so it doesn’t look like a flat print. Day-to-day living doesn’t require kid gloves here. The construction is positioned as 100% waterproof and geared for kidproof/petproof households, so spills, muddy footprints, and the usual chaos don’t turn into a flooring emergency. And because this is part of COREtec’s Pro family, it’s built around a Solid Polymer Core with an Attached Cork backing—good for comfort underfoot and for knocking down sound in open spaces. Installation is designed for either floating or direct glue (DIRECT GLUE/FLOAT), and it’s rated for Above, On, Below grade placement, so you’re not limited to just one level of the home. It shines in busy spaces like kitchens, great rooms, and hallways where durability matters. For care, keep it simple: sweep or vacuum regularly, then damp mop as needed—no sanding, sealing, or refinishing. If you’re planning quantities, your carton coverage is about 16.97 sq ft per box. Key specs: 20 mil wear layer, about 6 mm overall thickness, rigid Pro (SPC) construction, and attached cork underlayment. SKU: VV800-08008.
