BORIGNI WHITE 12X23

BORIGNI WHITE 12X23

## Overall Vibe
This tile reads polished and pulled-together, but still feels livable day to day. From Emser’s Borigni line in the White selection, this porcelain field tile is sized 12X23 (Floor, Oblong).

## Pattern Play
A third-offset pattern can add rhythm while avoiding that repeating “zipper” look. If you want height on a wall, go vertical; if you want the room to feel wider, go horizontal. On floors, keep your main runs straight and your cuts balanced at the perimeter; that’s what makes an install look professional.

## Material and Finish
As a porcelain surface, it’s a dependable choice for everyday living—easy to style, easy to live with. The White tone gives you a strong base for the rest of the palette—paint, cabinets, and hardware can swing warmer or cooler without fighting the finish. When in doubt, a mid-tone grout hides everyday life better than ultra-white.

## Decorator’s Edit
This plays nicely with greige paint, rift-sawn oak, and simple quartz counters. If you like contrast, go darker on the grout or the hardware—but not both at the same time.

## Coverage Notes
Each carton contains 6 piece(s). Coverage is approximately 11.394 per carton. Unit of measure: SF. Plan typical overage for cuts and waste—more if you’re running diagonals, borders, or a heavy pattern layout. It brings order to a room, which is half the battle in making a space feel “done.”
