## Design Snapshot
This tile reads polished and pulled-together, but still feels livable day to day. From Emser’s Bb Concr line in the Concrete Mist selection, this porcelain field tile is sized 12X24 (Floor, Oblong). Emser’s Building Blocks™ Concrete line is designed to recreate a contemporary concrete look while adding warmth and coordinating with other Building Blocks products.

## Scale and Layout
A third-offset pattern can add rhythm while avoiding that repeating “zipper” look. If you want height on a wall, go vertical; if you want the room to feel wider, go horizontal. On floors, keep your main runs straight and your cuts balanced at the perimeter; that’s what makes an install look professional.

## Surface and Color
As a porcelain surface, it’s a dependable choice for everyday living—easy to style, easy to live with. The colorway is versatile enough to act as a background, which is exactly what you want in a surface you’ll live with every day. When in doubt, a mid-tone grout hides everyday life better than ultra-white.

## Decorator Pairings
Add a patterned runner or textured rug to give the neutral base a little personality. If you like contrast, go darker on the grout or the hardware—but not both at the same time.
