My purchase experience with Kennedy Tile was incredible. I live in Missouri and found a great price on a product they had in stock online - they were awesome to work with from start to finish providing great customer service. They were available any time I called or messaged them and went above and beyond especially when it came to the shipping coordination. It’s hard to find companies like this anymore that truly put the customer first. I had a large shipment of tile for my entire basement and they made everything easy. I would recommend them to everyone!

I am an interior designer in Texas and I had a client that loved a specific floor tile and the supplier here was being difficult to work with, saying this specific tile was out of stock and would be closer to a month before we could get it, at an increased price than originally thought, and with exorbitant freight quotes. I needed over 1,800 sqft of tile in a period of 2-3 weeks. Brian was an AMAZING help, he was able to help us get the tile for a great price and he made the out of state purchase and transport with freight seamless!! I can't say enough great things about Brian and how much he helped us out when we needed it! Even though we are a few states away, I look forward to working with Brian and Kennedy Tile and Flooring on future projects!

We had Kennedy Tile and Flooring install LVP flooring in four bedrooms and the living room. I’m extremely happy with the final product and how everything turned out! This is my second time working with them and I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing quality flooring work. Brian and his team made the whole process easy, from beginning to end. I had 3 bedrooms/closets tiled to match the rest of my home, and the installers were very courteous throughout the whole project. They did an amazing job, and I was really impressed with the quality of work they did. They kept the house very clean in every step of the job, and left the house and yard probably cleaner than when they started. The cost was reasonable, and it was all done in a timely manner. I'm already planning to use this company again in the future. Good people and good business. Thank you!

Brian Kennedy Tile gave us personal customer service and a fair, competitive price. The installation process was good+ however the installers left after 4 days returning 4 days later and even requested another 2 day delay which I declined. My wife had to tell one of the installers to turn down his egregiously loud music which even annoyed a neighbor. I was impressed that Brian followed up and personally came to inspect the completed job answering basic, hypothetical and trivial questions.
