CHORUS STRIPE MAPLE MATTE 24X47
## Design Snapshot
If you’re trying to avoid design regret, start with a tile like this. From Emser’s Chorus line in the Stripe Maple selection, this porcelain field tile is sized 24X47 (Floor, Oblong).
## Scale and Layout
Large-format pieces keep grout lines to a minimum, so the surface reads cleaner and more seamless. If you like a modern grid, this format makes it look deliberate instead of “builder basic.” On floors, keep your main runs straight and your cuts balanced at the perimeter; that’s what makes an install look professional.
## Surface and Color
Matte finishes read relaxed and current, and they’re great when you want the room to feel calm instead of shiny. The colorway is versatile enough to act as a background, which is exactly what you want in a surface you’ll live with every day. If your goal is “high-end and quiet,” stay close on grout color. If you want graphic, add contrast.
## Decorator Pairings
Pair it with soft taupe paint, brushed brass, and warm wood for a timeless, neutral scheme. If you like contrast, go darker on the grout or the hardware—but not both at the same time.
## Carton Notes
Each carton contains 2 piece(s). Coverage is approximately 15.5 per carton. Unit of measure: SF. Plan typical overage for cuts and waste—more if you’re running diagonals, borders, or a heavy pattern layout. It’s versatile without being bland—exactly what you want in a surface you’ll see every day.
