CORETEC PRO CLASSICS VV017 1018 Quincy Oak

PRO CLASSICS VV017 1018 Quincy Oak VV017-01018

Quincy Oak brings an easy, pulled-together look that works with both classic and current finishes. It gives you a cohesive backdrop that won’t fight your paint colors or fabrics. The visual leans on oak-inspired graining with that familiar, timeless cathedral pattern, giving you a backdrop that can swing coastal, farmhouse, modern, or traditional depending on how you style the room. It plays well with brushed nickel, matte black, or warm brass—pick the metal and it follows. Scale matters, and this one gets it right. Planks are a nominal 7×48 format, which helps reduce visual chop and makes hallways and larger rooms feel more continuous. The profile uses a micro-bevel edge profile for a cleaner, more seamless look once installed; it’s a small detail that reads like craftsmanship once the floor is down and the light catches the joints. The surface is finished with a UV Acrylic top coat, built for cleanability and everyday wear. Comfort matters, even in a tough floor. The attached cork underlayment helps soften sound and reduce that hollow ‘click’ some rigid floors can have, while still keeping the profile low and tidy. And because this is part of COREtec’s Pro family, it’s built around a Solid Polymer Core with an Attached Cork backing—good for comfort underfoot and for knocking down sound in open spaces. Installation is designed for either floating or direct glue (DIRECT GLUE/FLOAT), and it’s rated for Above, On, Below grade placement, so you’re not limited to just one level of the home. Bedrooms love it too—quiet underfoot, warm-looking, and easy to keep tidy. For care, keep it simple: sweep or vacuum regularly, then damp mop as needed—no sanding, sealing, or refinishing. If you’re planning quantities, your carton coverage is about 28.84 sq ft per box. Key specs: 20 mil wear layer, about 5 mm overall thickness, rigid Pro (SPC) construction, and attached cork underlayment. SKU: VV017-01018.
