MILESTONE DUST 12X24

MILESTONE DUST 12X24

## Interior Designer Notes
This one gives you flexibility: it can be minimal, rustic, or modern depending on what you pair it with. From Emser’s Milestone line in the Dust selection, this porcelain field tile is sized 12X24 (Floor, Oblong). Emser describes Milestone as slate-inspired porcelain with nuanced color and texture variation for a natural, organic feel.

## Proportion and Pattern
A third-offset pattern can add rhythm while avoiding that repeating “zipper” look. If you want height on a wall, go vertical; if you want the room to feel wider, go horizontal. On floors, keep your main runs straight and your cuts balanced at the perimeter; that’s what makes an install look professional.

## Material Mood
As a porcelain surface, it’s a dependable choice for everyday living—easy to style, easy to live with. The colorway is versatile enough to act as a background, which is exactly what you want in a surface you’ll live with every day. When in doubt, a mid-tone grout hides everyday life better than ultra-white.

## Palette Pairings
Add a patterned runner or textured rug to give the neutral base a little personality. For a timeless finish, keep your cabinet door style simple and let the tile be the subtle upgrade.

## Ordering Guidance
Each carton contains 6 piece(s). Coverage is approximately 11.628 per carton. Unit of measure: SF. Plan typical overage for cuts and waste—more if you’re running diagonals, borders, or a heavy pattern layout. This is the kind of backbone finish designers lean on because it doesn’t date itself fast.
