Bring timeless elegance to any space with the Penny Round Calacatta Matte porcelain mosaic, part of the Hulu Collection from Elysium Tiles. This handmade porcelain mosaic features small, circular “penny round” chips arranged on an 11.5 x 12.25 inch mesh-mounted sheet, delivering the soft, marble-inspired beauty of Calacatta stone without the maintenance concerns of natural stone. Each penny-shaped piece showcases a creamy white base with the subtle, organic movement of Calacatta veining, finished in a soft matte texture that offers gentle, non-reflective sophistication and reliable underfoot traction.

At 1/4 inch thick, this durable porcelain mosaic is versatile enough for interior floors, dry walls, shower walls and shower floors, pool surrounds and pool liners, and even exterior walls, making it an excellent choice for bathrooms, spa retreats, and accent installations. While not rated for exterior floor use, it performs beautifully in wet, high-traffic wet areas thanks to its dense porcelain body. Each sheet covers approximately 0.98 square feet, with 20 sheets per box totaling 19.57 square feet, simplifying material estimating for larger shower floor or feature wall projects.

The rounded, penny-tile silhouette pairs beautifully with classic subway wall tile, sleek matte black fixtures, brushed brass hardware, or natural wood vanities, lending a fresh, contemporary twist to timeless Calacatta styling. Designers love using this mosaic to create curved shower floors, statement backsplashes, or spa-like accent walls with genuine visual texture.
