SE36 Sawyer Estate Kodiak Grey 8×40

10.75 sqft per box

Sawyer Estate in Kodiak Grey isn’t some pretty showroom piece — it’s a durable plank designed to handle real life with style that nods to classic wood. At 8″×40″, these tiles strike a balance between timeless proportion and modern design trends. They bring a natural, understated aesthetic that works in kitchens, baths, hallways, and living spaces without shouting for attention.

Kodiak Grey is a mid-tone grey with subtle variation and enough texture to hide dust and wear, without drifting too dark or sterile. It pairs easily with everything from light trims to rustic dark tones and industrial metal accents. This is the sort of neutral that feels intentional, not bland.

Underneath the look is Mohawk’s ceramic/porcelain engineering offering tough, moisture-resistant, and built for the foot traffic of a busy home or light commercial space. The long, narrow 8×40 format gives a plank-like layout that elongates floors visually and adds a sense of flow from room to room. Whether you’re doing a full floor install or an accent wall, this size and finish command a modern yet timeless presence.
