STERLINA II ASPHALT MATTE 12X24

STERLINA II ASPHALT MATTE 12X24

## Statement Factor
This tile sets the tone for the whole room, so you can keep the rest simple. From Emser’s Sterlina Ii line in the Asphalt selection, this porcelain field tile is sized 12X24 (Floor, Oblong). Emser describes Sterlina II as a blend of timeless marble character with an urban concrete influence, finished with subtle veining for visual movement.

## Installation Direction
Oblong formats are versatile: stack them for a crisp modern grid or run them in a classic brick pattern for warmth. For a little designer move, try a herringbone on a feature wall (and keep the rest simple). On floors, keep your main runs straight and your cuts balanced at the perimeter; that’s what makes an install look professional.

## Texture and Tone
Matte finishes read relaxed and current, and they’re great when you want the room to feel calm instead of shiny. The colorway is versatile enough to act as a background, which is exactly what you want in a surface you’ll live with every day. If your goal is “high-end and quiet,” stay close on grout color. If you want graphic, add contrast.

## Pair It With
Pair it with soft taupe paint, brushed brass, and warm wood for a timeless, neutral scheme. Add a rug with real texture (not just a print) to soften hard surfaces and make the space feel lived-in.

## Project Planning
Each carton contains 8 piece(s). Coverage is approximately 15.504 per carton. Unit of measure: SF. Plan typical overage for cuts and waste—more if you’re running diagonals, borders, or a heavy pattern layout. It’s a clean choice now and a safe one later—your future self won’t hate it.
