TIMES SQUARE WHITE POLISHED 12X24

TIMES SQUARE WHITE POLISHED 12X24

## Statement Factor
If your style leans classic with a modern edge, this is an easy yes. From Emser’s Times Square line in the White selection, this porcelain field tile is sized 12X24 (Floor, Oblong). Emser calls Times Square an elegant, polished through-body porcelain series for contemporary spaces, and notes polished surfaces can show scratching more easily.

## Installation Direction
Stacked installation reads modern and tailored—especially with a tone-matched grout. A third-offset pattern can add rhythm while avoiding that repeating “zipper” look. On floors, keep your main runs straight and your cuts balanced at the perimeter; that’s what makes an install look professional.

## Texture and Tone
Polished finishes bounce light and make spaces feel a little bigger—just keep your lighting warm so it doesn’t go clinical. The White tone gives you a strong base for the rest of the palette—paint, cabinets, and hardware can swing warmer or cooler without fighting the finish. For a calm, cohesive finish, choose a grout that blends with the tile; for more definition, go a shade deeper.

## Pair It With
Lean into contrast: walnut cabinets, dark metal accents, and a clean white trim package. Add a rug with real texture (not just a print) to soften hard surfaces and make the space feel lived-in.

## Project Planning
Each carton contains 8 piece(s). Coverage is approximately 15.5 per carton. Unit of measure: SF. Plan typical overage for cuts and waste—more if you’re running diagonals, borders, or a heavy pattern layout. It’s classic design logic: start with a strong neutral, then layer in the fun stuff.
