CONTESSA DAMA MATTE 18X18

CONTESSA DAMA MATTE 18X18

## Aesthetic Highlights
This tile reads polished and pulled-together, but still feels livable day to day. From Emser’s Contessa line in the Dama selection, this porcelain field tile is sized 18X18 (Floor, Large Format). Emser describes Contessa as a classic marble-vein inspired glazed porcelain look offered in matte or glossy finishes for a timeless backdrop.

## Room-by-Room Inspiration
For a calmer, spa-like feel, keep the layout simple and let the scale do the talking. On big sizes like this, a straight lay feels architectural, while a subtle offset adds movement without getting busy. On floors, keep your main runs straight and your cuts balanced at the perimeter; that’s what makes an install look professional.

## Shape, Size, and Sightlines
Matte finishes read relaxed and current, and they’re great when you want the room to feel calm instead of shiny. The colorway is versatile enough to act as a background, which is exactly what you want in a surface you’ll live with every day. When in doubt, a mid-tone grout hides everyday life better than ultra-white.

## Hardware + Paint Tips
Add a patterned runner or textured rug to give the neutral base a little personality. If you like contrast, go darker on the grout or the hardware—but not both at the same time.

## Carton Coverage
Each carton contains 9 piece(s). Coverage is approximately 19.6173 per carton. Unit of measure: SF. Plan typical overage for cuts and waste—more if you’re running diagonals, borders, or a heavy pattern layout. It brings order to a room, which is half the battle in making a space feel “done.”
