SERENDRA MILA MATTE 12X24

SERENDRA MILA MATTE 12X24

## Overall Vibe
If you want a room to feel finished without feeling fussy, this tile is a solid move. From Emser’s Serendra line in the Mila selection, this porcelain field tile is sized 12X24 (Floor, Oblong). Emser describes Serendra as a marble-look porcelain with distinctive variation for a cool, refined, never-out-of-style feel.

## Pattern Play
Stacked installation reads modern and tailored—especially with a tone-matched grout. A third-offset pattern can add rhythm while avoiding that repeating “zipper” look. On floors, keep your main runs straight and your cuts balanced at the perimeter; that’s what makes an install look professional.

## Material and Finish
Matte finishes read relaxed and current, and they’re great when you want the room to feel calm instead of shiny. The colorway is versatile enough to act as a background, which is exactly what you want in a surface you’ll live with every day. For a calm, cohesive finish, choose a grout that blends with the tile; for more definition, go a shade deeper.

## Decorator’s Edit
Keep it classic: shaker cabinets, simple stone counters, and a clean trim profile. If you like contrast, go darker on the grout or the hardware—but not both at the same time.

## Coverage Notes
Each carton contains 9 piece(s). Coverage is approximately 17.4375 per carton. Unit of measure: SF. Plan typical overage for cuts and waste—more if you’re running diagonals, borders, or a heavy pattern layout. It’s a smart foundation: timeless enough for resale, stylish enough for everyday pride-of-ownership.
