SERENDRA MILA POLISHED 24X24

SERENDRA MILA POLISHED 24X24

## Design Intent
This tile brings structure to a room—lines, scale, and a sense of order. From Emser’s Serendra line in the Mila selection, this porcelain field tile is sized 24X24 (Floor, Large Format). Emser describes Serendra as a marble-look porcelain with distinctive variation for a cool, refined, never-out-of-style feel.

## Recommended Layouts
Large-format pieces keep grout lines to a minimum, so the surface reads cleaner and more seamless. If you like a modern grid, this format makes it look deliberate instead of “builder basic.” On floors, keep your main runs straight and your cuts balanced at the perimeter; that’s what makes an install look professional.

## Color + Finish
Polished finishes bounce light and make spaces feel a little bigger—just keep your lighting warm so it doesn’t go clinical. The colorway is versatile enough to act as a background, which is exactly what you want in a surface you’ll live with every day. If your goal is “high-end and quiet,” stay close on grout color. If you want graphic, add contrast.

## Styling Shortlist
Pair it with soft taupe paint, brushed brass, and warm wood for a timeless, neutral scheme. Use lighting like a designer: warm LEDs, dimmers, and a couple of punchy fixtures make the tile feel richer.

## Carton Breakdown
Each carton contains 4 piece(s). Coverage is approximately 15.344 per carton. Unit of measure: SF. Plan typical overage for cuts and waste—more if you’re running diagonals, borders, or a heavy pattern layout. It’s a clean choice now and a safe one later—your future self won’t hate it.
