SERENDRA MILA POLISHED 12X24

SERENDRA MILA POLISHED 12X24

## The Look and Feel
This is the kind of tile that quietly upgrades a space the second it goes down. From Emser’s Serendra line in the Mila selection, this porcelain field tile is sized 12X24 (Floor, Oblong). Emser describes Serendra as a marble-look porcelain with distinctive variation for a cool, refined, never-out-of-style feel.

## Where It Shines
For a little designer move, try a herringbone on a feature wall (and keep the rest simple). Stacked installation reads modern and tailored—especially with a tone-matched grout. On floors, keep your main runs straight and your cuts balanced at the perimeter; that’s what makes an install look professional.

## Format and Flow
Polished finishes bounce light and make spaces feel a little bigger—just keep your lighting warm so it doesn’t go clinical. The colorway is versatile enough to act as a background, which is exactly what you want in a surface you’ll live with every day. A tone-on-tone grout keeps the surface smooth and modern; a contrasting grout calls out the pattern.

## Finish + Grout Guidance
It’s a natural fit with white walls, mixed metals, and either light or medium wood cabinetry. Add a rug with real texture (not just a print) to soften hard surfaces and make the space feel lived-in.

## Planning Details
Each carton contains 8 piece(s). Coverage is approximately 15.272 per carton. Unit of measure: SF. Plan typical overage for cuts and waste—more if you’re running diagonals, borders, or a heavy pattern layout. If you’re building a space you want to live with for years, this is a solid starting point.
